Montgomery Small-Parts Drawer Dividers

Maximise your small-parts storage with these lightweight, custom-fit drawer dividers. Designed specifically for the Montgomery Grey Interlocking 12 Drawer Organiser (predominantly sold at Bunnings Australia/NZ), these dividers allow you to easily split your bins and organise your garage, shed, or craft room.

Why I made this:

The Montgomery interlocking range features integrated slots right down the middle of each clear drawer, but the units don't actually ship with any dividers in the box (at least mine didn't)! 

Features

• Diamond Lattice Aesthetic: Features a clean, diagonal geometric lattice pattern. It gives your organiser a premium custom look that is far more interesting than a basic solid wall.
• Anti-Rattle Fit: Engineered with tight tolerances. It slides into the drawer channels with just a touch of slight pressure against the walls, holding it firmly in place so it won't shake or rattle when opening the drawers (tested in PLA-matte).
• Ultimate Small-Parts Security: The grid pattern is tight enough to safely separate fixings, fasteners, screws, nuts, hooks, electronics, or toy brick elements without anything slipping underneath.
• Ultra-Efficient Design: The open pattern minimises filament consumption without sacrificing structural rigidity.

Print Settings & Recommendations

• Material: PLA Matte (Tested and recommended for a smooth slide and clean finish)
• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Supports: None (Designed to print completely flat on the build plate)
• Brim: Not required (Excellent bed adhesion profile)

Available Print Profiles:

1. Single Divider: For quick tests, single replacements, or using up filament scraps. (~2.18g / 24 mins)
2. Full Montgomery Set (12-Pack Profile): A handy, pre-spaced layout to completely outfit an entire 12-drawer unit in one go. (~25g total filament)

Note: This divider is perfectly sized for the 12-drawer Montgomery configuration. If you are using the single large drawer or 2-tray interlocking variants, please check your specific drawer dimensions first! Let me know if you'd like me to design one to fit those.
