Description

SYX Pack is a compact 3D printable storage case designed to neatly organize and protect your pods in a clean, pocket-friendly form factor. The case uses a double-hinge mechanism that allows the lid to rotate up to 180 degrees for full access while keeping the overall design compact and satisfying to use.

The design focuses on simplicity, smooth proportions, and practical everyday usability. Rounded edges make it comfortable to carry, while the embossed SYX Pack logo and multi-color options give it a clean modern look.

The case uses a total of 8 5x2mm round magnets for a premium snap-fit experience:
• 2 magnets keep the case securely closed
• 6 additional magnets hold the pods firmly in place

Assembly is required after printing:
• The hinge is assembled using small pieces of filament as hinge pins
• Magnets need to be inserted during printing
• No supports are required for printing

Features:
• Compact and portable design
• Double-hinge lid with 180° opening
• Magnetic closing mechanism
• Magnetic pod retention system
• Clean rounded aesthetic
• No supports required
• Optimized for easy printing
• Great for multi-color printing
• Available in multiple capacity variants

Printed examples were made on a Bambu Lab P1S, but the model should work well on most modern FDM printers.

If you print one, feel free to share your make and color combinations 🚀

BTW: There is also Short version available here
