Description

Welcome to my Makerworld profile! 👋

I'm happy you're here! You'll find creative designs and practical models for your 3D printer. Feel free to look around, get inspired, and if you like what I'm doing, I'd greatly appreciate your like 👍, a follow ❤️, and maybe even a boost 🚀!

Have fun exploring my models, and of course, happy printing! 🌟

This 3D printed guide is designed to stabilize and guide a vertical balcony awning or privacy screen along a support pole. The part attaches to the vertical pole and keeps the fabric or awning edge closer to the guide, reducing swinging, flapping, or hitting the pole in windy conditions.

The open hook shape makes it easy to insert or remove the awning fabric. It is especially useful for balconies, patios, or covered outdoor areas where a side awning, sunshade, or privacy screen needs to be guided along a telescopic support pole.

Features:

  • Guide holder for vertical balcony awnings and privacy screens
  • Helps reduce sideways movement in wind
  • Open hook design for easy insertion and removal
  • Fits round poles / telescopic support poles
  • Suitable for balconies, patios, and covered outdoor areas
  • Functional replacement or improvement part

Printing recommendation:

For outdoor use, PETG, ASA, or another weather- and UV-resistant material is recommended. PLA may work, but it is less durable in direct sunlight and heat. Increased wall thickness and solid infill will improve strength and long-term stability.
