HyperDISC 180 - The Ultimate Frisbee
Print Profile(1)

Description
HyperDISC 180 - it's a 3D printed flying disc that actually works good.
In my search for the ultimate frisbee (pun intended), I tested design after design trying to find the perfect balance of size, weight, flight characteristics, etc. I wanted something that I could chuck in a bag and take with me everywhere - the perfect catch disc for throwing around with friends at any occasion. I wanted something that flies straight. No complex flight paths, no turn, no fade - just simple to throw for a beginner or a pro. This design is a 180mm 3D printed disc based on aerodynamic geometry developed by Alan Adler - the guy responsible for the incredibly far-flying Aerobie Pro Ring.
I've printed mine using BambuLab TPU for AMS for added strength and a little flexibility, using PLA for the support piece underneath.
