Bring the iconic mascot of Disturbed to life!
This highly detailed model features "The Guy", the legendary figure from the album cover of "Ten Thousand Fists" by the band Disturbed. A must-have for all metal fans, collectors, and anyone passionate about detailed display figures or miniature painting.
The geometry has been optimized to ensure that the striking details—from the tattered hood and menacing mask to the chains and muscle definition—render beautifully even on FDM printers.
I have uploaded 3 different print profiles so you can choose the ideal balance between time and detail for your project:
- Ultra Detail (0.08 mm Layer Height): Maximum details, perfect as a high-end display piece or for subsequent painting (layer lines are barely visible).
- High Detail (0.12 mm Layer Height): The perfect sweet spot between stunning visuals and moderate print time.
- Standard (0.20 mm Layer Height): Great for a quick test print or if you plan to scale the model up significantly.
⚠️ Important Post-Processing Note
Be very careful when removing the supports! The fine details, especially the chains around the arms and waist, are delicate and can break easily if forced. For the safest results, it is highly recommended to use a sharp side cutter (flush cutter) to carefully snip the support structures away piece by piece rather than pulling them off by hand.
About this Model:
While the face and the iconic raised fist are inspired by the classic album artwork, the entire body, gear, and overall statue design are my own custom interpretation. This makes it a truly unique piece of fan art that you won't find anywhere else!

🛠️ Recommended Print Settings
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Material: PLA
- Supports: YES (I highly recommend using Tree Supports to ensure clean overhangs under the raised fist, arms, and hood, while keeping support removal as easy as possible).
- Infill: 10–15% (Gyroid recommended for uniform stability)
- Wall Loops: 4 walls (adds crucial strength to thinner areas like the wrists and chains)
