Description
Clamping elements for CNC applications or T-slot plates Eccentric clamps
Designed for the Microjig Matchfit system but also usable with T-slots or perforated plates.
Here is the eccentric clamp
The clamp is fixed to the table with a T-nut such that the marking on the inner plate points towards the workpiece.
The marking on the outer ring is turned back far enough so that the clamping path is sufficient.
Now the clamp is pushed against the workpiece and the fixing screw is tightened.
For clamping, the included face spanner or just your hand can be used.
Instead of the knurled screw, a countersunk screw can also be used.
