Description
Clamping elements for CNC applications or T-slot plate clamps
Designed for the Microjig Matchfit system but also usable with T-slots or perforated plates.
Here are the clamps with accessories
The clamp can hold material from 2 mm to 26 mm without support.
The support blocks are designed so that materials up to a height of 90 mm can be clamped with the clamps.
With the Matchfit system, it is important that the T-nuts sit firmly in the groove.
In all applications where the support block is needed, the T-nut should be secured with the fastening screw as shown in the illustration.
It can certainly also work without it, however, there is a risk that the groove will be damaged if the clamping pressure becomes too great.
The system consists of the following components:
Clamp
Counter bearing with reinforcement consisting of two 5x40 mm dowel pins.
Support block
Knobs for fastening
T-nuts
Required hardware:
Threaded rod M5 for the different clamping heights
Nuts M5 for the knobs and the T-nuts
Dowel pins 5x40 (The pins for the Ikea Ivar shelves have these dimensions).
Printed with Bambulab PETG HF with 0.12 mm layer height.
