Description
Meet this cute little articulated axolotl!
This is a flexible 3D printed axolotl toy with a sweet rounded face, tiny legs, detailed gills, and a movable segmented body. It works great as a small fidget toy, desk buddy, gift, or just a fun little creature to print.
The model prints very well without supports. After printing, gently move the body segments a few times to loosen the joints and make the articulation smoother.
You can print it in one color for a clean simple look, or paint it after printing for a more magical pastel axolotl style. The painted version in the photos was finished by hand with acrylic paint, but the model also looks adorable straight from the printer.
