Flexi Hermit Crab with optional magnet attachment!

This is an articulated hermit crab with swappable shells! There is a pause to add hidden 8x3 mm magnets in cavities on the tail so the crab can securely swap between different shell styles if you want. If you dont need the crab to stay put so tightly you can just resume the print.

Printing Instructions for Magnet version

The crab body includes built-in cavities for magnets. There is a pause in the model just before the cavities are sealed where you can insert:

• 2 - 8x3mm magnets into the crab tail

Each shell requires:

• Matching magnet (of any size) glued into the shell interior before gluing the shell halves together

⚠️ Make sure your magnet polarity is aligned before gluing!
