Virtual Pinball - 3 Arcade Button Bezel

This is a custom 3 x Arcade Button Bezel for a 90's Bally / WMS Pinball coin door. This bezel typically housed 2 or 3 coin chute mechanisms where as this bezel houses 3 x Arcade Buttons.

The holes are 29mm Dia to suit most Arcade Buttons and due to the coin door skin - means only 3 x arcade buttons can be fitted to smoothly slide through the Coin Door Skin - as shown in some CAD model views.

While printing front face down would be ideal - the low angle bevel does not print great without supports and even then the supports affect the final finish. Therefore print as per the 3MF file bottom face down to plate with supports. The posts will have steps in the print due the low angle printing but fortunately this is not seen once everything is assembled.

When it comes to preparing the posts for screws - please do not use self tapping screws as it will fail and split the small printed posts. 

• For imperial bolts tap the existing hole with a 6/32" thread and then you can use 6/32" bolts .
• For metric bolts tap the existing hole with a 3mm tap and then you can use 3mm bolts. 

I forgot about how the plate will secure to the coin door so updated the file with 9 x clamp posts so you fit the bezel to the front of the door and then come in from the back and add a clamp post followed with a washer and your bolt (metric or imperial). Fit all of them loose and the tighten up the 2 end ones getting it all squared up and then tighten the rest.
