For my Einhell batteries, I have built a soldering fume extractor using a Noctua 140mm fan

In addition to the printed parts, the following are needed

The spade connectors, which form the battery terminals, and the cables were secured with hot glue in the lid

Wiring is straightforward. The fan is connected to the output of the motor controller, and the battery cables are connected to the input of the controller (use wire ferrules!)

The threaded rod, along with the printed handles and M8 nuts, forms a joint for adjusting the fan's tilt

The heat set inserts are melted into the housing frame. The fan, with its shroud and the long screws, is mounted on this frame. On the opposite side, the filter housing is mounted with the short screws

The rest should be easy to replicate based on the pictures

The electronics housing is screwed together with 3x40 countersunk wood screws

Warning! I have not provided any grilles at the front! Risk of injury if you stick your finger into the fan ;-)
