Description

DEWALT TSTAK ORGANISER BIN INSERTS.

Insert organiser bins for the DeWalt TSTAK system. Bins are designed primarily for the medium bins, with a ‘bottom’ insert, and ‘top’ insert which is held in place by the 4 corner tabs/guides.

There are two versions, labelled and Non-Label. The Labelled versions allow for a 9mm height label and 25mm width max  so bins can be labelled. I have also uploaded Non-labelled versions in Twin Bin, and Quad Bin variations.

There are a number of really good inserts out there, some of which I have printed and tried myself. But for my specific use case, I needed some I could label and some that don't really matter, along with needing smaller bin sections (Quad Bin) and some larger bin sections (Twin Bin)

The inserts could also be doubled up and used in the larger DeWalt Bins (See image) however I am working on a large bin variant which will lock into place better.

The only real difference between the bottom, and top bins is the top bins have the guides on each corner to line up in the grid to keep them in place.

Print Guidance

 - I personally printed in 0.20mm standard with default 15% infill. You could go draft if you like. I don't see much use in having any more than 25% infill unless you need obscure strength from the bin dividers.

If you find these useful, please drop a message/review and any images. Always good to see my work being used elsewhere in the world.

Any suggestions, please let me know.

UPDATE - I've updated the file to include both  labelled, and non-labelled designs. Along with an extra divider which can split the Dual bins into 2/4.
