Flat Raised Diamond Plate – Parametric Model
This OpenSCAD file is a MakerWorld-ready, fully parametric flat diamond plate designed for FDM 3D printing. The model replicates the exact style of a clean, staggered diamond plate, matching professional photorealistic references.
Features:
- Flat Plate Base: Fully enclosed rectangular plate with customizable width, depth, thickness, and corner radius.
- Raised Diamond Pattern: Exact clean staggered diamond pattern across the entire plate. Diamonds are uniform in size and angle, fully clipped at plate edges to prevent overhang.
- Center Detail: Optional raised leaf or split ridge detail on each diamond for realistic topography.
- Parametric Controls: Adjustable plate dimensions, diamond length, width, height, pitch, angle, row offset, and edge clearance.
- Surface Texture: Optional fine matte or subtle FDM groove textures for realistic print surface appearance.
- Two-Color Printing Ready: Pink base / black diamond treads by default, with full part selector for multi-color printing or single-color options.
- Randomization Off: Default pattern is clean, exact, photo-style; no random scatter, perfect for precise, uniform appearance.
- MakerWorld-Friendly Parts: Selectable views for complete plate, base only, raised diamonds only, flat layout preview, and a small tolerance test tile.
Use Cases:
Ideal for creating realistic modular floor tiles, mechanical mockups, decorative surfaces, protective plates, or photorealistic renders for presentation and MakerWorld uploads.
