The Dog Paw Target for Training & Rehab is a versatile tool designed to improve paw placement, body awareness, coordination, and focus in dogs. It can be used for positive reinforcement training, canine fitness, proprioception exercises, and rehabilitation programs.

The target provides a clear visual and physical reference that encourages dogs to intentionally place their paw on a specific point, helping develop precision, balance, and controlled movement. I recommend using TPU 95A or softer for this design. During testing, I found that harder filaments such as PLA can be too rough on dogs’ paw pads.

The texture was designed based on other existing designs, but most importantly with the guidance and input of a canine rehabilitation specialist.

Keep in mind that flexible filaments behave differently from rigid ones. Always review the documentation and research the best way to print with them.
