The built-in configurator allows for deep customization to fit virtually any mounting need. You can adjust:
- Core Dimensions: Modify the minimum clamping board thickness jaw depth (reach) , overall jaw thickness , and the main outer profile size.
- Mechanism Fine-Tuning: Adjust the inner sliding core size , dovetail dimensions , and X/Y tolerances for a perfect sliding fit.
- Screw & Thread Properties: Customize the screw thread diameter (recommended 9mm or higher) , thread pitch , knob head size , and thread clearance tolerances.
