Panasonic BQ-CC63 Battery Charger openGrid Mount

 

Keep your workbench or charging station organized. This is a clean, minimal, and functional mount designed to perfectly fit the Panasonic BQ-CC63 8-Slot Eneloop AA/AAA Battery Charger into an openGrid organizational system.

The charger slides smoothly into the holder, keeping it secure while maintaining full access to the status LEDs and charging slots.

Print Settings and Recommendations

This model has been fully optimized for 3D printing and requires zero hassle to get a perfect result.

  • Supports: No (Designed with native 45-degree chamfers and bridges
  • Filament: PLA or PETG works perfectly 
  • Infill: 15% - 20% (Grid or Gyroid recommended) 
  • Wall Loops / Perimeters: 2 or 3 walls are more than enough for strength 
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm optimized, but works great from 0.16mm up to 0.28mm

  • Changes Made: The original snaps were chamfered/beveled to allow a clean, frustration-free print completely without supports while maintaining a strong grip.
