UPFRONT!
I created a Discord channel for my Thermal vision builds but will add a #meshtastic channel there as well in case you have questions or problems. Please remain to the meshtastic channel for all sort of questions as all the other channels are ONLY for my thermal builds!

SIZE does matter!
Double A Battery in pictures is just for size comparison, it does NOT run on AA Batteries.
The needed PCB can be downloaded on my GitHub or you can directly use the gerber file attached to the files. GitHub Link: lupusworax/MeshtasticMini-ultimate-: An improved and updated variant of the original Meshtastic Mini
Simply upload the provided “gerber.zip” file to the manufacturer of your choice and order the amount of PCBs you want, its that easy!

Metal Band: 0.1mm 4mm: if you have a dedicated battery welding device to attach the band to a battery pole, otherwise you can simply solder it on which of course is not as “nice” and could cause troubles when fitting the battery into the case
Important Stuff!:
You have to add 2-3 layers of kapton tape on the battery pole touching the environmental sensors back to prevent shorts! Also make sure that your solder job of the wires produces nice round solder spots, you DONT want pointy or sharp connections to pierce the kapton and short your environmental module!!
Once you soldered the BMS to the main board, and also added the cables that will be connected to both poles of the battery, wrap the BMS in kapton tape so no exposed metal contacts can touch the mainboard! check pictures!
It is absolutely recommended to connect all needed wires to the board before you place it inside the main case, soldering wires when the board is already inside is doable but of course a lot more difficult then preparing them outside!
Before you place the main board into the main case, make sure you removed all support material completely!!
For the OLED display I recommend to solder all the cables to the display, feed the cables through the recommended square hole and solder the wires to the board. IF you use lacquer wire like me they of course all have the same color, dont glue the frame on top of the display as long you havent connected the display to the board and tested it, you will not have the chance to measure what wire leads to what connection of the display if you glue the frame one before that!!

You can turn your blue Oled display into a green one by applying a single layer of kapton tape to the display!
Kapton tape for all purpose isolating components from shorting out each other and also used for the display color mod.
Had to delete most of the pictures as makerworld only allows 16, check my profile to find my printables link where you can find all the pictures of the build.
