Description

26mm parachute-style piston seal designed for spring-piston and gas-ram air rifles.

This model replaces fragile factory polyurethane seals with a heavy-duty TPU solution built to withstand compression and high-impacts.

The design features a calculated 15∘ internal valley and a 2mm outer lip, ensuring perfect dynamic expansion. When the rifle is fired, the air blast forces the outer lip outward against the cylinder wall for a 100% airtight seal, reducing friction during cocking while maximizing MPS.

This seal is designed for standard 26mm internal diameter compression tubes that utilize a central screw/bolt-on attachment method. compatible models:

  • Norica: 56, Dragon, Atlantic, Marvic, Storm, Spider, Titan, Krono
  • Gamo: Hunter 440, Shadow 1000, Whisper, Big Cat, Maxima, CFR, CFX
  • Diana / RWS: 34, 35, 36, 38, 45 (Late models)
  • Cometa: Fenix 400, Fusion

Post-Processing & Fitting (Don't Skip!)

Because 3D prints have microscopic layer ridges, a raw print will cause drag and minor air leaks. Spend 2 minutes tuning it for a perfect custom fit:

  • Pass a bolt through the center hole of the seal, lock it with a nut, and chuck it into a power drill.
  • Wet a piece of 600 to 800-grit wet/dry sandpaper with water or silicone oil.
  • Sand at Low Speed and lightly press the wet sandpaper against the outer lip for 5–10 seconds until the layer lines disappear.
  • Test the Fit: Slide the seal into your rifle's compression tube. It should slide smoothly with, uniform low resistance

Side note: This model is intentionally designed with an outer diameter of 26.3mm for sanding allowance, and shrinkage.

Also the seal will start preforming at it's best after being worn in after using for a while. It is not recommended to dry fire, which may damage the seal. Also best to use silicone based lubricants instead of petroleum based to avoid combustion or “dieseling” as well as deterioration of the TPU seal.

Make sure you dry your TPU for best printing results.

Have fun and be safe.
