This spacer tool is designed to make drilling wire holes in beehive frames quick, easy, and perfectly aligned every time. Simply slide the spacer onto the frame and insert your drill bit into the guide holes. This ensures that all wire holes are drilled in the exact same position and directly opposite each other for clean, professional results. For best result use #40 drill bit (2.489 mm)
Perfect alignment is especially important when installing foundation wire, helping keep the wax foundation tight, stable, and properly supported inside the frame.
