- Design Credit: Originally designed by @M_O_X_I_E (Printables Model #1533854). This profile applies specifically to the standalone flexible mudflap components.
- Hardware Compatibility: Optimized for the Bambu Lab P1S using a 0.6 mm nozzle and the rear external spool holder (Non-AMS).
- Impact Optimization: Configured with 5 perimeter walls (3.1 mm solid shell) and 35% Gyroid infill to maximize tear resistance and flexibility against rocks, water, and heavy trail debris.
- Extrusion & Speed: Restricted to a 5.0 mm³/s maximum volumetric ceiling with print speeds between 45 and 100 mm/s to ensure robust layer bonding without extruder backpressure.
- Thermal Management: Set to 220°C nozzle and 55°C bed temperatures to lock down initial layer adhesion on textured PEI plates while minimizing stringing.
- Support Integration: Features Tree Organic supports with a 0.3 mm Top Z gap, 0.5 mm interface spacing, and lowered part-cooling thresholds (10%–40%) for effortless, clean removal. Ironing is completely disabled to prevent jams.
