Description

I designed this cover to clean up the look of the exposed fuel cap on my Exomotive Exocet. Since my Exocet leaves the factory Miata gas cap sitting above the rear shell, it always felt a bit unfinished to me — this piece gives it a more intentional, polished appearance while keeping everything accessible.

This model is designed specifically to fit the OEM gas cap from a 1990 Miata, and it slips over the cap for a snug, secure fit without additional hardware.

Print Notes

  • Printed in ABS for durability and heat resistance
  • Achieved a snug fit using X-Y hole compensation of 0.2 mm
  • Depending on your printer calibration, you may need to slightly adjust fit tolerances

I added the Exomotive logo, but this can be changed to anything and customized.
