Hello printing community! I present to you a CUSTOM, ADJUSTABLE and MODULAR basket design for cleaning up your nasty resin prints in the IPA or other thing you use.  It is best used for a wash and cure machine (Elegoo, Anycubic or even home made) the modular adjustable design lets you create a basket that is best suited for your setup.

I have used PETG for the printing as internet suggested it is resistant enough to withstand prolonged IPA exposure. It is quite rigid when assembled, I've been using the basket for past 3 months and it did not “decided” to fall apart in the washing box. For the whole time it was submerged in the IPA and I do not see or feel any changes in its properties, as well as there are no residue in the basin itself.

The basket is assembled from different parts, some are optional and depends on the setup.

For the basket assembly you will need:
- 1 Bottom part
- 2 Long walls
- 2 Short walls
- 2 legs
- 10 long wall connectors
- 4 short wall connectors
- 2 handles (long or short)

Optional:
- 4 Corner connectors
- 2 Build plate supports

Internal dimmensions of the default basket are 183 mm x 107 mm x 73mm which is perfect for Elegoo Mars 5 build plate that I have.

Overall default outter dimensions with all parts assembled are approximately 196mm x 117 mm x 132 mm. It is the basket I can fit my food containers I use for IPA with a closed lid.

THE BEST PART! The dimmensions of the basket itself are adjustable and can be changed directly in the Bambu Studio slicer by using built in tools. You do that by removing or adding segments to the walls in needed direction which changes the dimmensions of the part by 10 mm for each segment. Although unconventional and maybe not very convenient it does not require any additional tools while providing opportunity for different custom setups.

ANOTHER BEST PART! The basket works perfectly with a home made washing machine I have designed that can be found here:

Instructions on how to assemble the basket and also on how to adjust the sizing of different parts is added to the documentation part.

Hope this design helps you create a clean and convenient flow in your resin print washing.
