Dowel Clamp / Dowel Loop Clamp
Print Profile(3)

Bill of Materials
Description
A quick cable fastening option for masonry without screws (other non-smooth materials will also work)
Simply choose a variant and use it to attach something
Also good for concealed wiring
Print in TPU for AMS (Shore hardness of 68D)
Print profile for PETG added
I have also designed something for pipes:
Variants:
- Small loop clamp (approx 5-15mm)

- Large loop clamp (approx 15-30mm)
Small double clamp (2x 10mm)

Large double clamp (2x20mm)

Cable tie holder (for cable ties / has 2 feet towards the masonry so that the contact pressure is somewhat maintained when pressing hard in the middle)

- Pin to fasten something with a 6mm hole (must be pressed until the head is flat)

Assembly:
- For loop clamps, place them around the object and insert both ends into the hole
- For the other variants, after inserting into the hole, press firmly again in the middle without causing overstretching, for example, with the double clamps The models are designed so that this increases the twisting and holding forces
Holding forces are enormous but surmountable and at their limit when the material breaks
Once inserted, removal is difficult because the small barbs anchor well in the opposite direction
Cutting is probably the simplest solution
The non-loop versions can also be removed by pulling and repeatedly twisting back and forth
(However, pliers are needed to apply the necessary gripping force)
