Description
K9999's character design is largely inspired by the villain Tetsuo Shima from the 1988 animated film Akira. Normally with blue hair, it turns white when using his powers. He wears an orange leotard with a red cape on his upper body, a special blue glove on his left hand, and a black bandage on his right hand; his lower body consists of dark blue trousers and blue high-top boots with orange central stripes.
I always feel like his image resembles another character, but I just can't remember who.
Print in Place, with excellent detail.
