3x30 mm Stainless Steel Dowel Pins (10PCS) - DA022

Description

After creating a coffin style toolbox (also posted), I decided to turn it up a notch or two and created this gothic style coffin. It's a unique little tool box crafted with a lot of little details. You will require 3x30mm hinge pins (4) & CA glue. A few keys points when assembling otherwise it should be straightforward.

  1. The coffin interior needs to be slid upward into the top portion of the base before pinching the upper and lower base portions together.
  2. When installing the lid liners, they are directional, so make sure the slots (in the liner) end up on the hinge side of the casket.
  3. When installing the 3x30mm hinge pins, place them in the groove between each set of hinges and slide one pin each way into the hinge.
  4. That should do it.

All parts were printed randomly on these Bambu printers. P1S, X1C, P2S, X2D.

here you go. one of the disks broke from the handles. it was clean break so a dab of super glue fixed that. the support stick to the handle bar pretty to well. not sure if I could change that on the slicer but I did get them off. turned out nicely...

I’ll look at it. I printed them with an X2D using PLA and pla support so no issues on removal.

this thing is massive but awesome. the liner for the base/shell where a body would go was a bit of bear to get it lined up and inserted but I finally got it. I think I have the pins in my 3d print room if not ill be making the trek to a hardware store later. this is nice how it turned out. thanks.
