Description

A simple replacement standoff for mounting an M.2 SATA SSD inside a Dell Wyse 5070 thin client.

This part is designed to support and secure the M.2 drive at the correct height when adding or replacing internal SATA storage. It fits around the existing screw/post area and provides a stable printed spacer so the SSD does not flex or sit unsupported. The model uses a compact cylindrical design with a recessed top and side clearance cutout, making it easy to install in the tight internal space of the Wyse 5070.

Print in PETG, ABS, or another heat-tolerant material if the system will run warm. The supports near the clearance cutout can be removed with a Bambu bed scraper or similar thin scraper.

If this helped you add an M.2 SATA SSD to your Dell Wyse 5070 without hunting down the original standoff, a boost would be appreciated.
