Ford 2.0L / 2.3L Blow Off Valve Spacer 🚙💨

Add a sharper turbo “PSSHHH” sound to your Ford 2.0L or 2.3L engine with this 3D printable blow off valve spacer. This part installs between the factory blow off valve and mounting location to vent air and create that classic turbo release sound while keeping a clean, bolt-on style fit. 🔧

For material, ABS is strongly recommended as the minimum due to the heat and stress this part may see in the engine bay. Higher-temp materials may be even better depending on your setup, but I would not recommend PLA or basic low-temp materials for this application. 🔥

Required Hardware 🧰

  • 3 × M6-40mm bolts
  • 2 × O-rings:
    • 1” OD / 7⁄8” ID / 1⁄8” thick
    • 1 3⁄4” OD / 1 11⁄16” ID / 1⁄16” thick

Print Recommendations 🖨️
Use only the wall settings provided with the model.
For ABS, supports are strongly recommended to help maintain the shape, bolt areas, sealing surfaces, and vent details during printing.

Make sure to inspect the part after printing, confirm all mating surfaces are clean, and verify fitment before final installation. This is an engine-bay part, so print quality, material choice, and proper installation matter. ✅
