Description

This is a robust, functional replacement Terminal Box for electric motors, specifically designed to fit Types 56–71, but fully adaptable and modifiable for larger motor types (80, 112, and 132).

Unlike standard compact terminal boxes, this model features additional interior space specifically engineered to house a starting or running condenser (capacitor) directly inside the box, keeping your wiring neat and protected.

Technical Specifications & Dimensions:

  • Mounting Flange: Hole interaxis (distance between hole centers) is exactly 56 mm.
  • Overall Useful Internal Dimensions: 138 mm x 115 mm x 48.5 mm (measured above the flange).

Recommended Print Settings (Odporúčané nastavenia tlače)

  • Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS. (Do not use standard PLA if this will be mounted on a working electric motor, as the heat and environmental exposure require better temperature and UV resistance).
  • Wall Loops: 3 – 4 for maximum strength around the mounting holes.
  • Infill: 25% – 40% (Gyroid recommended for structural integrity).
  • Supports: Depending on your printer's bridging capabilities, minimal supports might be needed for the overhangs of the box rim or cable entries.
