THE MODEL :

Make a powerful statement and bring a thrilling edge to your next masquerade event with this one-of-a-kind mask. Merging the sleek, intimidating aerodynamics of a shark with the dramatic flair of Venetian Baroque art, this design stands in a league of its own. Swirling waves of ornamental filigree contour the marine predator's streamlined silhouette, while the sharp nose and a subtle row of stylized teeth command immediate attention. It tells a tale of sunless ocean depths, sunken kingdoms, and mysterious sea rulers walking among courts. This is the ultimate accessory for high-concept cosplay, gothic-themed festivals, or as an enchanting focal piece for a modern curiosity cabinet.

Tested and approved printing specs:

  • Material: Matte Black PLA (perfect for achieving an obsidian or dark deep-sea fossil texture).
  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm.
  • Infill: 5% tested (keeping the prop incredibly lightweight and highly comfortable for extended wear).
  • Technical Note: A low 5% infill is ideal for keeping the weight off your face. However, for a purely decorative wall-mounted sculpture or a more rugged prop, feel free to increase the infill to 15-20%.

Feel free to scale the file in your slicer to perfectly accommodate your face measurements for wearing, or upscale it to create an imposing nautical display piece.

INFORMATION:

A common question is: why do these prints require supports when they could be printed lying flat?

For my designs, I deliberately choose to print them standing upright rather than flat, in order to achieve the best possible level of detail. I prioritize visual quality over saving a few grams of filament.

Of course, you are free to change the print orientation in your slicer if you prefer.
