Summary

The pen you've requested is here, the iconic RPG-7 Rocket Launcher.  It includes a realistic wood grain and lots of detail.

Pen Ink Options

You've got 3 options for the ink:

  1. Pilot G2 Print Profile

    1. Pilot G2 (Amazon Link)

    2. Schmidt Rollerball (Amazon Link)

  2. Bic Print Profile

    1. Bic Cristal (Amazon Link)

Bambu filaments used

  • Matte Terracota
  • Metal Iron Gray Black
  • Metal Iridium Gold
  • Polymaker Army Green (Amazon link)

Assembly takes seconds

Bic Ink Assembly

Simply slide the bic ink into the tip of the pen.

Pilot G2 Ink Assembly

1. Slide the ink into the tip of the largest piece as you see below.

2. Then, insert the green pen tip all the way in, then twist to lock it into place.  Note that you need to line up the grooves on the pen tip with the corresponding bumps in the hole you are inserting it into.

Boost Me (for free)

If you enjoy my work and would like to help support my ability to share more (and even better) models in the future, please consider boosting or buying me a coffee at the link below.   Your support is what helps me have enough filament and supplies to do all the print testing required for my models to be high quality and easy to assemble.  It takes a mountain of test prints for each model. Thanks :-)

Here's a link to my Buy Me a Coffee page, thanks for the support!

The finish of the place where the support holds is not good, couldn't you put snap fits on these 2 parts to print the part like in your other project

Great model with lots of details. I used matte black, walnut wood, and olive green for the colors. The pilot G2 gel insert makes it a pleasure to write with as well!

I’m going to ask again can you make a rocket launcher or at4 pen that also shoots the pen thing

I wish I could, the pen ink takes up almost the entire inside of most of these pen models, so there isn't much room left on the inside for anything else.

ahh ok that makes sense well it was a good idea

you could make the pen longer and bigger and make it as an option. but i totaly understand the problem.

would you consider modifying this pen so that you can pull the full rocket out of the launcher to reveal the pen tip on the opposite end of the projectile as the explosive end?

That would definitely be cool, it would make the pen really long though because most of the inside of the pen is taking up by the ink cartridge, so if there was a hollow section for the rocket then the pen would have to be even longer to fit both the ink cartridge and the rocket, which might make it a little bit too long for a pen 🤔
