The model features intricate details on Vader's iconic armor, chest box, and flowing cape, optimized for high-quality FDM printing.
Print Profile & Settings Recommendations:
- Layer Height: 0.12mm to 0.16mm is highly recommended to capture the fine details of the chest box and helmet.
- Wall Loops: 2 or 3 for extra durability.
- Infill: 10% - 15% Gyroid or Cross Hatch is plenty.
- Supports: Yes, tree supports (auto or manual) are recommended for the overhanging parts of the arms, cape, and helmet base to ensure a clean print.
- Material: PLA or PETG. Matte Black PLA looks exceptionally good and hides layer lines well, giving it a premium finish.
- Brim: Recommended if you have issues with cape adhesion, though a clean PEI plate should hold it fine.
