Print Profile & Recommended Settings:
- Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm for optimal capture of the suit's armor textures and facial details.
- Wall Loops: 2-3 walls for durability and a solid surface finish.
- Infill: 10% - 15% Gyroid or Adaptive Cubic.
- Supports: Yes, Tree/Organic supports are heavily recommended (especially for the batarang, chin, elbows, and the overhanging sections of the cape). Set the support top Z distance to 0.2mm for clean and easy removal.
- Brim: A 5mm outer brim is advised to secure the feet and the lowest edges of the cape to the build plate during printing.
Material: Matte Black PLA or PETG is highly recommended to achieve that stealthy, premium look and to effectively hide layer lines.
