D1 refill to Zebra F refill adapter

Description
The adapter is designed to work perfectly on the Zebra Expandz pen (displayed in the photos).
(The fit is tight, so the additional layers of paint on the D1 refill may cause difficulties in use.)
If the refill is hard to remove from the adapter, try using pliers.
I personally used this D1 refill, and it worked perfectly.
