This practical marking aid helps you with the precise construction of roads for the Viessmann CarMotion system. With this template, the permanent magnets can be perfectly positioned so that your vehicles' control commands (such as flashing, stopping, or changing speed) are triggered flawlessly.
🛠️ Features & Functions
- Direction Indicator: The integrated arrows on the template always show you the correct direction of travel.
- Precise Track Spacing: The fixed distance from the laid magnetic tape to the center of the row of holes is exactly 11 mm. Simply place the groove on the magnetic tape.
- Clever Hole Grid: By combining the different holes, the official Viessmann specifications for magnet spacing can be easily maintained.
📐 Hole Spacing in Detail (Hole 1 to 5)
The holes are arranged so that you can flexibly mark all important distances by selectively choosing the holes:
- 20 mm Spacing: From Hole 1 to Hole 2
- 30 mm Spacing: From Hole 1 to Hole 3 / From Hole 2 to Hole 4 / From Hole 3 to Hole 5 (Holes 1, 3, and 5 have a fixed spacing of 30 mm from each other)

- Material: PLA or PETG (any standard filament type is suitable)
- Layer Height: 0.08 mm
- Infill: 15% – 20% (completely sufficient for the necessary stability)
- Support: No – the model was designed so that it can be printed completely without support.
