Description
A fully customizable, parametric pipe adapter designed to seamlessly bridge two tubes or hoses of different diameters. Perfect for dust collection systems, vacuum cleaners, hydroponics, plumbing, and workshop.
The model automatically optimizes itself for 3D printing: it places the larger diameter at the bottom for maximum bed adhesion and dynamically adjusts the transition slope so that it never exceeds a 50-degree overhang, ensuring a clean print without any support material.
Key Features & Customization
Through the built-in portal customizer, you can easily tweak:
- Diameters: Independently set internal diameters for both ends (ranging from 15mm to 80mm). Outer diameters are calculated automatically based on your choice.
- Wall Thickness: Adjust from 1mm to 10mm to balance print speed with heavy-duty structural durability.
- Heights: Modify the lengths of the straight bottom section, top section, and the transition zone to fit tight spaces.
