90° Angle Adapter for Gonser ICE Air Conditioner

This 90° angle adapter allows you to route the exhaust hose of the Gonser ICE 10000 BTU Klimaanlage in a more space-saving way — ideal for setups with limited wall clearance or cleaner hose management.

The adapter was specifically designed for the original exhaust hose connector and fits the stock connection system of the air conditioner.

Installation Notes

The original exhaust hose connector has two small plastic tabs.
These need to be carefully removed with a small knife or side cutter so the adapter can fit correctly.

The modification is quick and not visible afterwards.

Printing Notes

• The model was designed to require as little support material as possible.
• Supports are only recommended for the overhang section.
• Recommended print settings:
  • 4–5 walls/perimeters
  • 20–30% infill
  • PETG or ASA for better heat resistance

PLA can also work, but may deform over time due to the warm exhaust air.

Recommended Print Orientation

• Print flat on the large side
• Use “Support on build plate only” / “Touching build plate only”
