Upgrade your outdoor space with the TimberX Bird Feeder, a stylish and functional 3D-printable model designed specifically for wall mounting. This feeder combines a log-inspired base with a modern X-frame structure and a protective shingled roof.
Key Design Features:
Wall-Mount Design: Two integrated keyhole slots on the rear plate allow for secure mounting to fences or walls. The feeder can be easily removed for refilling or cleaning.
Textured Aesthetics: Features a concentric 'tree ring' base and a realistic tiled roof for a premium, high-detail finish.
Bird-Friendly: The open front and side frames provide easy access for small birds while keeping the seed sheltered from the rain.
Easy to Print: Designed for FDM printers with careful consideration for overhangs and structural stability.
Printing Recommendations:
Material: PETG or ASA is highly recommended for outdoor UV resistance and heat stability. (PLA is fine for sheltered areas).
Layer Height: 0.2mm to 0.24mm (highlights the textures best).
Walls/Perimeters: 3-4 for a robust, weatherproof shell.
Infill: 15% (Gyroid or Grid).
