Hello everyone!

After designing my first box, I needed another model and would like to share it with you as well.

This version is a true all-rounder for more complex wiring and offers space for a mixed configuration:

  • 2x 5-pin WAGO terminals 221-415 and
  • 2x 2-pin WAGO terminals 221-412

Perfect for neatly splitting signals or power lines in model making, LED projects, or Arduino tinkering, for example!

Features in detail:

  • Mixed Layout: Precisely fitted slots for two large 415 and two small 412 terminals, so nothing rattles in the housing.
  • Strain Relief: The strain reliefs can be easily mounted by screwing them in with M3 screws. Can also be used without them.
  • Simple Closure: The lid is secured with four M3 screws. The holes are dimensioned so that the M3 screws can be screwed securely into the plastic directly and without tapping threads.

Printing & Assembly Recommendations

  • Material: PLA, PETG or ABS
  • Support: The housing and lid can be printed completely without support structures.
  • Hardware: 4x M3 screws for the lid (length 6–10 mm) and 4x M3 screws for the strain relief, if needed.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE (Disclaimer)

Exclusively for use in low-voltage applications! This enclosure also has no approval or certification for use with mains voltage (e.g., 230V household installation). I expressly recommend use only in low-voltage applications (e.g., 5V, 12V, 24V for LEDs, model building, etc.). Use is at your own risk. I assume no liability for damages.

Do you have wishes for completely different terminal combinations? Please write them in the comments – I look forward to your suggestions!

Have fun building and wiring! Your Josie
