Einhell Freelexo Cam 300 6-blade holder
Print Profile(1)

Description
Inspired by various ideas here in the community to mow with 6 instead of the usual 3 blades of my Einhell Freelexo, I unfortunately couldn't find a suitable blade plate. Therefore, the original was scanned and modified such that 6 original - and also aftermarket blades can now be used. The blades are screwed into 6x8x8 sized melt inserts with a 6 x 12mm cylinder head screw (presumably any other type of screw would also work).
It is advisable to use some thread locker!
I inserted the melt inserts upside down and adjusted the thinner side so that the blades can rotate freely. This means these ends protrude about 0.8mm so that the blades are not fixed by the screw but can still move freely.
I printed in PLA-CF as well as in ASA. The first tests with PLA-CF went great - the lawnmower is quieter, runs smoother, and of course, mows better.
To check if the mounting is appropriately sized, I have attached a Test Mittelteil.stl. This is quick to print and can be used to test the fit.
Important to note:
The use of the printed part or the print files is at your own risk.
Before each operation of the mower, check the blade plate for damage and the secure fit of the screws.
This is not an official Einhell spare part - consequently, no material release or similar has been issued by Einhell.
