Garden time = canning time. Fermented fruits and vegetables are not only very healthy, they also taste great and should be a part of the daily diet.

This fermentation grid keeps your preserved food below the brine. No more mold, no more spoiled fruit/vegetables.

The grid can be easily pressed into the jar and stays in place by its own tension. It can also be easily removed from the jar by simply tilting it.

For standard jars such as Weck or Ikea….

If concerned, the grid can also simply be wrapped in cling film or small freezer bags to avoid contact with food.

I printed it with Bambu PETG HF, the result is very stable and flexible.

 Have fun fermenting.
