Sound demonstration
This a more musical version of my Mini Bass Tube that can play a few notes. This is a membrane instrument that uses a piece of thin nitrile/latex glove or a balloon to produce sound. It doesn't require skill to produce the sound, just blow into the mouthpiece and it creates pitch. This instrument is not loud and produces a pretty low pitch.
Normal configuration has 4 hole and is quite easy to use, but there is also a 5 hole print profile for people who want a bit more notes and can handle a more tricky finger positions.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE:
Remove supports from the mouthpiece. Poking from the top is easiest way to remove it.

Take a thin nitrile/ latex glove or a ballon and very lighlty stretch it over the mouthpiece. Not a lot of tension is needed, you are just trying to remove big wrinkles from the surface.

Secure the mebrane with the ring to keep it in place.

Put the mouthpiece on top of the body and check the sound. For instrument to play best, pitch with all holes closed should be G or A. If pitch is to high or if it's too hard to blow, then remove the ring and reapply with less stretch/tension. If pitch is too low or it produces more of a rattle then a stable note, then reapply the ring with a little bit more tension.

When you are happy with the sound you can trim excess membrane for a cleaner look.

If the fit between mouthpiece and body is too loose apply a layer of painters tape to the top as shown in the picture. Alternatively you can use bluetack or just glue parts together.

There are 4 and 5 hole versions available. I recommend trying the 4 hole version first.

Notes are opened one by one starting with the right hand in the order shown in the diagram below. 0 - all holes closed.

4 Holes - Playing notes 0,1,2,3 will give first four notes of a minor scale. Playing notes 0,2,3,4 will give first four notes of a blues scale.
5 Holes - Playing notes 0,1,2,3,5 will give first five notes of a minor scale. Playing notes 0,2,3,4,5 will give first five notes of a blues scale.
Here is the video of all the notes being played on the 5 hole variant to demonstrate how to position the fingers.
That's it, now you can have fun with it! If you have any questions ask them in the comments I'll try to help.
