Heavy-Duty CFMOTO Cup Holder (with Dual-Wing Locking Mechanism)
This is a rugged, heavy-duty cup holder specifically designed for CFMOTO vehicles. It features a robust dual-wing locking mechanism at the base (26 mm diameter and 41 mm wing length) to ensure your drink stays completely secure, even during rough off-road trail riding.
The interior is designed with a gradual overhang step, meaning it prints beautifully without needing any internal support structures.

RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS (Tested & Verified):
- Filament: PETG or ASA (highly recommended for outdoor/UV durability)
- Plate Type: Textured PEI Plate
- Layer Height: 0.24 mm (great balance of speed and structural strength)
- Wall Loops: 3 or 4 (for maximum strength around the locking tabs)
- Infill: 20% Gyroid
- Supports: Tree (Auto) – IMPORTANT: Enable "Support critical regions only". This ensures support is only generated under the external locking wings, leaving the inside of the cup holder completely clean.
- Nozzle Temp: 260 °C (for excellent layer adhesion)
- Bed Temp: 85 °C (to prevent warping on the Textured PEI plate)
- Auxiliary Fan: 0% (Turn OFF to prevent warping)
Just clean your plate with dish soap, slice, and print!
