Matti & the Mutation Pufferfish "Klaus" – The Hunt for the Golden Wellington Boot!

Welcome to my latest, absolutely crazy community project!

Join our beleaguered angler Matti (aka "The Little Tinker") on arguably the most absurd catch of his life. He just wanted to fish peacefully, but instead, he has "Klaus" on the line – a gigantic, spiky mutation pufferfish with a good dose of bad temper and razor-sharp teeth! The quirky goal of this epic mess of a scene? The legendary golden wellington boot!

This detailed, humorous figurine group is an absolute eye-catcher on any desk and a dream for anyone looking for something special. The model is fantastic for painting (e.g., with an airbrush or acrylics), but it also shines beautifully in multi-color prints!

Matti can also be used individually as a shelf sitter.

Have fun printing, and watch your fingers – Klaus bites! 😉

Upload a photo of your finished print (I love to see what colors or paint jobs you choose!).

🛠️ Recommended print profile

This model has been thoroughly optimized to ensure a smooth print despite its many details.

  • Printer Recommendation: Optimized for Bambu Lab A1 / A1 mini & X1C/P1S series.
  • Layer Height: 0.16 mm (for optimal detail of the spines and faces) or 0.20 mm for a faster print.
  • Infill: 10% - 15% Gyroid (offers the best stability with low filament consumption).
  • Support: Yes, absolutely necessary! I recommend Tree Support (Slim/Auto). This makes it easiest and cleanest to remove supports from delicate elements such as the fishing rod.
  • Walls: 3 (for extra stability in thinner areas like the rod).
  • Multi-Color (AMS): Perfectly prepared! You can easily color the segments (fish, angler, waves, wellington boot) in Bambu Studio.
