Description

Experimental Radial Impeller for Drones.

 

Tested with ‘NewBeeDrone FLOW 2004 Motor T-Mount 1750KV’ motor and 6s battery.

 

CAUTION

It is made for a motor height of 12.8mm

Different motor sizes may need adjustments to the model.

Tolerances are tight (impeller to case 0.3mm), rework like sanding may be necessary.

 

PRINTING

Use tough material like PETG.

Printing the parts individually improves print quality and prevents rework of the printed parts.

Printing with lowest layer height improves print quality as well.

 

MOUNTING

The impeller case is mounted in between the motor and frame.

Propellermount: T-Mount (2x M2 screws, 1.5mm centerhole)

The model is based on https://makerworld.com/en/models/586303-drone-radial-impeller-propeller?from=search#profileId-507494 and it was modified to work with motors with T-mount besides other quality of life modifications to improve the mounting, stability and cabling.
