8-Minute Solid Benchy Speedrun (A1 Mini Optimized)

Push your 3D printer to its absolute limits with this hyper-optimized Benchy speedrun profile! The model has been modified and closed in Blender to allow seamless, continuous high-speed printing.

This profile strips away all standard limitations to unlock the true maximum flow rate of the machine, completing the actual model print in just 8 minutes and 23 seconds (total time around 15:16 including standard printer preparation).

Optimized Settings Included:

• Layer Height: 0.32 mm (maximum threshold for the 0.4 mm nozzle)
• Line Width: 0.6 mm for maximum layer bonding and stability
• Max Volumetric Speed: Cranked up to 45 $\text{mm}^3/\text{s}$
• Cooling: Minimum layer time reduced to 1 second to eliminate artificial slowdowns on the chimney

⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER & RISK WARNING

• Expect Visual Artifacts: This profile is built purely for speed and experimentation, not for aesthetic perfection. Due to the extreme printing speed and rapid cooling constraints, minor surface defects, slight stringing, or rough overhangs may occur depending on your filament.
• Filament Choice: Standard PLA or high-speed PLA is highly recommended. Avoid Matte or Silk PLAs, as they tend to tear or clog at these extreme flow rates.

• Pro Tip for the Full 8 Minutes: To hit the absolute record time, manually disable Bed Leveling and Flow Dynamics Calibration in the final pop-up window right before sending the print, provided your print bed is already calibrated from a previous run.

   

• ⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR MOBILE USERS (Bambu Handy): > Do not print this directly from the Bambu Handy mobile app! Because this profile uses heavily modified printer and G-code settings to achieve the 8-minute speed, the mobile app will reset them to default system values. Please open and slice this .3mf file directly in Bambu Studio on your PC/Mac to keep the speed settings active!
