Description
A wisteria-framed manga portrait done in HueForge — heavy rain lines, glasses, wisteria draping the top edge. 200x200mm filament painting, three BambuLab Basic filaments, single-nozzle FDM. No paint, no AMS, no multi-material printer needed.
The print leans hard into atmosphere:
- Deep black ink doing the rain streaks and linework
- Cool blue-gray shadows building the wisteria volume and the soft shading
- Jade white skin and highlights cutting through the rain
This one is all mood. Frame it dark for the contrast, or float it on a white wall and let the rain lines breathe. Either way, it reads as actual manga panel up close — the layer separation is what HueForge does that paint or printed posters can't touch.

- Model size: 200x200mm
- Layer height: 0.08mm (base layer 0.16mm)
- Infill: 100%
- Max thickness: 2.08mm | Actual: 2.08mm
- Filaments (3 unique):
- #000000 PLA BambuLab Basic Black — TD 0.6
- #4c5f71 PLA BambuLab Basic Blue Gray — TD 3
- #ffffff PLA BambuLab Basic Jade White — TD 5
Swap sequence:
1. Start with Black
2. Layer #10 (0.88mm) → Blue Gray
3. Layer #20 (1.68mm) → Jade White for the rest
You can print at higher layer heights below the base thickness of 0.48mm to speed up the bottom layers.
