Morgan M3W Steering Wheel Mount

This adapter is designed for the Morgan 3 Wheeler steering column, converting the curved top surface into a flat mounting platform for accessories.

The mounting surface measures 70 mm wide by 30 mm deep, and the underside of the adapter is contoured to closely match the shape of the steering column. This provides an excellent fit when using adhesive pads for attachment.

Although there is room on the Morgan 3 Wheeler steering column for a larger adapter, increasing the overall size significantly complicates the curved underside geometry. For this reason, it is recommended to keep the main bridge section unchanged and, if a larger mounting area is required, simply design a wider top plate rather than scaling the entire adapter.

The example shown in the image demonstrates the adapter supporting a budget GPS speedometer with a mounting footprint of 70 mm × 30 mm.
