Tweezers with interchangeable tips and storage box
Print Profile(10)

Description
This modular tweezer system was developed for model building, electronics work, and delicate assembly tasks. The design separates the spring-loaded tweezer handle from the functional tips. This achieves high flexibility in use while simultaneously minimizing material consumption. The tweezers are designed so that the ideal pressure point is on the grip (the 3 diagonal lines). Please let the print cool down completely to avoid any warping
User Brandero has kindly created a YouTube Short about our tweezers, which of course we don't want to withhold from you
Principle of Operation and Mechanics
The various tips are mounted via a form-fitting and force-locking mechanism. Installation is a bit stiff at first, which is completely normal. If the tips wear out, only the affected pair of tips needs to be replaced, not the entire tool
Compatible Tip Geometries
The system includes five specialized tip variants that can be changed without tools, depending on the application scenario
- Spatula Tip: Offers a maximum contact surface for flat gripping and lifting extremely flat components such as films, stickers, or SMD components, without exerting localized pressure
- Precision Wedge Tip: Tapers linearly and symmetrically to a fine point, enabling precise positioning in narrow gaps or holding minimal cylindrical objects
- Blunt Flat Tip: A universal, rectangular gripping surface with a defined edge, which evenly distributes the holding force across its entire width and offers optimal grip for cuboid small parts
- Angled Wedge Tip: An anatomically angled geometry for ergonomic work, allowing the user an unobstructed vertical view of the component while the hand remains in a natural position
- Hook Tip: A strongly curved 90° hook tip for intricate areas, designed for gripping under obstacles or pulling up wires when vertical access is blocked
Now also with storage box
Since there were some requests for a storage box, we created one for you :-) In addition to space for the tweezer handle and interchangeable tips, there is also some room for small parts like magnets, etc
By the way, the lid is deliberately designed by us to be “sliding” because the set stands on our desk. We placed the pull-out handle slightly off-center in this model to provide enough space for the larger small parts compartment
