Description

šŸ”„ HELL IS FORVER !!!! šŸ”„

This project is a personally modeled Exorcist Commander Helmet inspired by Adam's design, engineered specifically for smooth printing and easy assembly. Design inspired by reference images from "FernForge3D, CosPlayWigPOL, Adam's Fandom.com, NiuBIYo & input from various Clients and Commissioners ". Credit to them for Ā visual material that helped guide the modeling process.:

šŸ”¹ Split Parts for Small Print Beds

The helmet is divided into multiple sections, allowing users with smaller printers to produce each piece without compromising scale or detail.

šŸ”¹ Adaptive Layer Height Optimization

The model is designed with adaptive layer height in mind, helping round surfaces print more smoothly and reducing post‑processing time.

šŸ”¹ Assembly Required

Parts are designed to be adhered using glue or painters/ scotch tape.Ā

Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā šŸ”¹Ideally glue placed on the ridges of the desired faceplate and adhered to the Helmet Base and clamped together with clamps or tape until glue has Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  cured.

šŸ”¹ Halo Construction Notes

The halo is built to assemble under tension, just like the rigid, floating ring seen in the show.

  • The rods intentionally require a bit of flex to slot into their designated holes.
  • This tension is what keeps the halo stable and properly shaped once assembled. A short instruction guide is included to help with this step.

šŸ”¹ Sizing Ring Included

To avoid unnecessary test prints, a sizing ring is provided so you can scale the helmet perfectly before committing to the full build. Adjust the model based on the ring’s fit, then print with confidence.

Application of the Sizing Ring

  • There are print profiles available for sizing rings designed to test whether the largest opening of the helmet will comfortably fit over the user’s head. This helps determine the best size to use when printing the rest of the helmet parts.
  • If the sizing ring for the standard size fits well, you can proceed to print the profile or plates for the standard scale helmet. The same process applies for the larger and smaller scale options as well.

šŸ“ Skill Level & Printing Recommendations

  • Intermediate printing experience recommended
  • Works with PLA (for smaller detail parts)
  • Slim Tree supports required
  • Best results achieved with adaptive layer height enabled
