This model is designed to minimize material consumption, requiring only approximately 20g of TPU to explore an airless tennis ball structure.

To achieve this ultra-lightweight form factor, the thickness of the lattice structure has been reduced to the absolute minimum. Because of this optimized minimal design, the ball will feel extremely soft when printed with most standard TPU filaments.

Please note: This model has not been performance-tested for actual tennis play. Due to its high flexibility, it is likely too soft for real matches. It is highly recommended for casual catch-ball, indoor play, or as a geometric display piece.

Technical Details:

  • Diameter: Approx. 67mm
  • Weight: Approx. 20g (Minimal material usage)
  • Tested Material: Overture TPU 95A
  • Purpose: Ideal for indoor use, casual catch, or exploring airless structural designs.
